ordered through Jim McCarthy giving him the motif reference and how many
plaques required 10 to 12 days before your rally.

It is ESSENTIAL that Ralliers do not arrive on rallies BEFORE the Rally Marshalls.
All rallies start at 5.00pm unless stated.
ANY member breaking this rule is subject to having their membership CANCELLED.
